Field trips

Following notification from the Occupational Health and Safety Office, please be advised that, in the case of field trips, the responsible professor must complete and submit the attached form to the Academic Services, including the following data:

• full name of the responsible professor
• place and date of the field trip
• full name and student ID number of all participating students (the vehicle registration number must be provided if a private vehicle is used)

The form must be submitted a few days before the event and signed by the responsible professor.

Insurance cover includes all field trips taking place from Monday to Friday during regular class hours, including travel, even if the students are using their own vehicles.
